MY STORY

Leadership grounded in direct service and built for systems change.

My career began in employment support and case management, close to the people and families that human-services systems are meant to serve. Over more than 25 years, that work progressed through program development, regional systems leadership, affordable housing, and nonprofit executive management.

I lead mission-driven housing and human-services organizations through growth, operational change, public-sector partnerships, and complex compliance environments. Since 2012, I have served as Executive Director of Home Ownership for Personal Empowerment, Inc. (HOPE), a Southern California nonprofit that creates and sustains affordable housing for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

My responsibilities span strategy, board governance, property development and operations, financial management, fundraising, government and foundation relationships, compliance, quality assurance, service development, human resources, and the internal systems needed to support responsible growth.
